An upcoming home stadium for USL Championship‘s Loudoun United FC will be named Segra Field, according to a Washington Post report.

United debuted as an expansion team in Division II USL Championship earlier this year, and has been awaiting the completion of its permanent home–a new 5,000-seat stadium being built as part of a larger D.C. United training complex in suburban Loudoun County, VA. With the club’s home opener at the facility on track for August 9, it appears that a naming-rights agreement is taking shape.

An official announcement of a stadium naming-rights partner is not expected until next week, but D.C. United has reportedly reached a 10-year deal with Segra. More from the Washington Post:

D.C. United has struck a 10-year deal with Segra, a technology and communications company, for naming rights to a 5,000-seat soccer stadium in Leesburg that will house the MLS organization’s second-division team, people close to the situation said Tuesday.

Segra Field will open Aug. 9 with a USL Championship match between Loudoun United and Charlotte Independence.

Officials will appear at a news conference Monday to unveil the identity of the stadium sponsor. D.C. United representatives did not want to comment and a Segra spokesman did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment.

Terms of the deal have been closely protected, but they are believed to reap among the highest naming-rights fees in USL Championship, which features 36 teams, many owned and operated by MLS organizations.

Segra already has its branding on two Minor League Baseball ballparks. Those include Segra Park–home of the Columbia Fireflies (Low A; Sally League)–and Segra Stadium, which opened for the Fayetteville Woodpeckers (High A; Carolina League) in April.

Loudoun United FC has played most of its games to date as the away team, with nine of 13 matches thus far coming on the road. Home matches have been played at D.C. United’s Audi Field.
