Las Vegas Lights FC has announced a major partnership, as it reached an agreement with Zappos that includes sponsorship of the club’s jersey. This is part of a three-year agreement that will also see Zappos serve as Lights FC’s exclusive e-commerce partner. Lights FC will makes its USL debut at Cashman Field in downtown Las Vegas next season.

The deal marks Zappos’ first foray into team sports sponsorship, and is groundbreaking in many ways. Zappos will not only be featured prominently on Lights FC’s official home and away uniforms, but Zappos assisted with the design of the soon-to-be-unveiled, distinctive kits. Zappos will also host fans at tailgate parties at home games throughout the season, and have broad presences in-stadium, at www.lightsfc.com, in the community and on every club marketing platform.
The Lights FC uniforms will feature Zappos branding on the chest, and once unveiled, jerseys will be available for sale at Zappos.com and at the Zappos Z Boutique on the company’s Downtown Las Vegas campus. Jerseys will also be available for sale at all Lights FC home games.
